Frequently asked questions
- Why do I see fewer links in ERP?
- The documentation covers installed pages. The live menu hides records, reports and actions your role cannot access.
- Does saving finish the process?
- No. Some records remain drafts until submitted or approved. Related inventory, accounting and external-service actions have their own steps.
- Where do I report an error?
- Use Helpdesk and include the module, record type, operation and error. Do not include passwords or unrelated personal records.
