Use Purchasing: navigation and daily work

Open Supply Chain using the left app rail, then select Purchasing in its module menu. The module dashboard gathers the available records, reports and setup links.

Before you start

Start with a material requirement, request supplier quotations, compare responses, issue a purchase order and receive the delivery. Record the purchase invoice and payment in Finance & Accounting after the appropriate checks.

ERP links open in a new tab. Sign in with your own account; record visibility, actions and approval authority follow your assigned permissions. Screens can differ by company and configuration.
