Frequently asked questions

Why do I see fewer links in ERP?
The documentation covers installed pages. The live menu hides records, reports and actions your role cannot access.
Does saving finish the process?
No. Some records remain drafts until submitted or approved. Related inventory, accounting and external-service actions have their own steps.
Where do I report an error?
Use Helpdesk and include the module, record type, operation and error. Do not include passwords or unrelated personal records.
