Prepare a property for its first booking
Follow the steps below on this page. Screenshots for Garrison & Lodging will be added separately.
Before you start
Existing Company, approved ERP access and company-scoped records. Only authorized administrators manage roles.
URL key: {ERP_URL} is your ERP origin, such as https://enterprise.nexcommand.ai or https://erpstaging.nexcommand.ai. Open the list URL first; saved records append /{RECORD_ID}. New drafts use a temporary new-record identifier. Queries and selected tabs may add parameters.
Step 1
Create the property against the correct existing Company. Link its Address, Cost center and Service warehouse as applicable. Choose Hotel, Garrison or Mixed operating mode.

Step 2
Create rooms with unique room numbers within the property, accurate capacity and room type. Link assets and active housekeepers where available. Keep electronic access Disabled.

Step 3
Register physical keys and their property, room and storage location. Do not issue them during setup.

Step 4
Create or confirm billing customers through the existing Customer workflow. Confirm enabled billable Items with Finance and active Employee records with HR.

Step 5
Select the property and a short date range, then Refresh schedule. Compare the rooms with your property register.
