Request ingredients and record catering consumption
Follow the steps below on this page. Screenshots for Garrison & Lodging will be added separately.
Before you start
URL key: {ERP_URL} is your ERP origin, such as https://enterprise.nexcommand.ai or https://erpstaging.nexcommand.ai. Open the list URL first; saved records append /{RECORD_ID}. New drafts use a temporary new-record identifier. Queries and selected tabs may add parameters.
Step 1
Review menu quantities and planned service. Determine ingredient requirements using the approved kitchen recipe or planning process.
{ERP_URL}/desk/nexcom-catering-orderSaved record{ERP_URL}/desk/nexcom-catering-order/{RECORD_ID}Expected result: Requirements are established by staff; the module has no recipe explosion engine.
Step 2
Create a native Material Request for the appropriate company, required items, quantities, warehouses and dates. Follow your procurement or transfer approval procedure.
{ERP_URL}/desk/material-requestSaved record{ERP_URL}/desk/material-request/{RECORD_ID}Expected result: Supply Chain has an explicit ingredient request.
Step 3
Link the existing Material Request on the catering order and save. Confirm its company matches the property.
{ERP_URL}/desk/nexcom-catering-orderSaved record{ERP_URL}/desk/nexcom-catering-order/{RECORD_ID}Expected result: The operational order references the supply request.
Step 4
Record actual authorized ingredient consumption through native stock documents with correct warehouses, quantities and accounts.
{ERP_URL}/desk/stock-entrySaved record{ERP_URL}/desk/stock-entry/{RECORD_ID}Expected result: Inventory changes only when the approved stock transaction is submitted.
Step 5
Review fulfilment and any remaining shortages in Kitchen / service notes. Do not treat Delivered as proof of inventory posting.
{ERP_URL}/desk/nexcom-catering-orderSaved record{ERP_URL}/desk/nexcom-catering-order/{RECORD_ID}Expected result: Kitchen fulfilment and stock accounting remain separately traceable.
