Garrison & Lodging Management System
The native ERP foundation is published: properties, rooms, stays, service requests, charges and physical-key custody. The hotel engine and electronic lock connectors are not commissioned. Food, catering and room service are request and ERP-order workflows; a restaurant POS, kitchen display, online booking engine and automatic keycard encoding are not provided by this release.

ERP connections
Employee and housekeeper links connect HR. Customer and charge records connect Finance. Service stock drafts connect Supply Chain. Room assets connect MRO. Service tickets connect Helpdesk. Projects and evidence attachments retain the operational context. Each downstream action still checks its native permissions.
Commissioning still required
The hotel engine, online reservations and electronic-key hardware are not commissioned. A lock-provider field is a configuration placeholder, not a working connector. The MRO and Helpdesk actions require site-specific end-to-end acceptance.
Hotel bookings, housekeeping and catering
- Review availability and reserve a room
- Block a room for planned maintenance
- Assign and complete housekeeping
- Record and return lost property
- Schedule a venue and event

- Create catering sales documents
External booking channels, electronic locks and payment gateways are not commissioned. Native billing and stock documents retain their approval and submission controls.
